privacy concern

The shower was lukewarm, and privacy was nonexistent since the bathtub was visible to passersby. I woudl have thought a place of this caliber would at least offer a room upgrade as compensation for my inconvenience, but apparently, i was treated like every other ordinary guest. What a shame.

the hotel was in an exceptionally nice location, in the jungle. we had cosy rooms with the bedroom, kitchen, for example and the staff were exceptionally kind and friendly.

The staff were exceptionally kind and very-very nice, they told us about restaurants and bars which were located near the hotel.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were unattentive.

The beautiful villa was spacious and comfortable.

My experience was marred by limited breakfast choices, offering only one dish per person. The ambience in the room was compromised by inadequate lighting. The single lamp made evenings uncomfortable for reading. Lastly, the disconnect between the downstairs and the upstairs areas of the villa was inconvenient.

The villa was super spacious and clean. Loved the private balcony and the comfy seating area. The outdoor pool was perfect for family time. Spa facilities included a kids' pool and well-maintained outdoor swimming pool. The whole vibe was relaxing and just what we needed for our getaway!
